Everyone has been asking for more Success Tips. So, I have put together a general methodology of how I approach my new referrals. Here is my complete system of coaching new referrals:
1) 1ST STEP - LEAVE COMMENT
Example Comment:
Hello Jason, welcome to Yuwie! It's great to have you as a friend and a part of our team. Tell as many people as you can about this site so we can all have fun while making $$$. If you need any help let me know.
2) 2ND STEP - IMMEDIATELY LEAVE MESSAGE
Sample Message: The Power of Three!
Hey Jason, again welcome...FYI,Yuwie is growing very fast... If you need any help using it just let me know. You can send invites under the Referral Square over to the left.
Otherwise, just keep this simple...and this is real easy.
GOAL: Get 3 people who join Yuwie who get 3 people for 10 levels with an average of 1,000 page views.
PAYOFF: Your monthly check from Yuwie could be over $10,000! (only an estimate, there are no guarantees)
Does that motivate you or what??? Go get your 3 people and help them do the same!
Another important thing is...not many of the people have even heard about this site yet. But they will soon.

3) 3RD STEP - LEAVE MESSAGE - CONGRATS FOR 1ST REFERRAL
Sample Message: That's 1! Hi Jason...awesome job on your 1st referral! Keep it up. If I can help let me know. Check my Blogs for some helpful hints.
Jason Smith 4) 4TH STEP - LEAVE MESSAGE - CONGRATS FOR 2ND REFERRAL
Sample Message: That makes 2!
Hey Jason...Great job, you have 2 referrals... just get 1 more and then help them get their 3 referrals and you'll be on your way. If I can help your referrals just have them add me as a friend. This website is growing like crazy... We just need to keep it up and we'll be making some serious $$$ in the next few months. Check my Blog for some helpfuls on building your Yuwie. Take care.

5) 5TH STEP - LEAVE MESSAGE - CONGRATS FOR 3RD REFERRAL
Sample Message: 3!
Jason..you now have your 3 first level referrals. Great Job! I appreciate all of your effort. Let's keep this going strong.
If you notice, I have been sending basic info to those new to Yuwie. If you would like any assistance with your referrals, please have them add me as a friend.
Otherwise, just keep it up. Remember "The Power of Three": Help your 3 get their 3 and so on and you'll be on your way. We just have to keep it up and we'll make some serious $$$ from this. Take care.

6) 6TH STEP - LEAVE COMMENT - CONGRATS FOR 5TH REFERRAL
Sample Comment:
Hey Jason...Great job on your 5 first level referrals. You are Awesome! I just wanted you to know that I appreciate all you hard work! Just help your referrals do the same & I'm here to help if you need me.
**I also leave some type of html comment such as "THANKS" or something funny on the comment as well. Something from photobucket, etc.
7) 7TH STEP - LEAVE COMMENT - CONGRATS FOR 10TH REFERRAL
Sample Comment:
10 Referrals on your 1st Level...Jason, it's now official, you are a Yuwie Rock Star!
**I leave a REALLY COOL html comment like "ROCK STAR". Something from photobucket.
By this time your Referrals are now Rock Stars and need to become Leaders to help all their referrals do the same. It's your responsibility to show them how to coach, and feel free to show them this website to help them learn. These are also my words. Use your own words & change it to fit your personality. Make sure and have fun while doing Yuwie. The most important part is to stay in touch, show some love, motivate, congratulate & then you will duplicate! I hope this helps everyone. And remember... Yuwie is not really a get rich quick scheme, it's more than anything a social networking site... So with that said, meet new people, keep in contact with old friends, and make money along the way!
